Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) each sifted cocoa powder and cornstarch
- 1 can (354 mL) Carnation® Fat Free Evaporated Skim Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) hazelnut liqueur
- 4 toasted hazelnuts
Directions
Step 1:
Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk and water until blended. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 7 minutes or until pudding thickens. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Pour into serving dishes; place a piece of plastic wrap directly on each pudding. Chill 1 hour. To serve, top each with a hazelnut.
