Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Carnation® Regular Evaporated Milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mini dark chocolate chips
- 6 mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Step 1:
In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk in evaporated milk and oil until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.
Step 2:
Pour mixture into 10 oz (300 mL) mug. Microwave on high for 60 seconds; top with marshmallows and microwave for about 30 seconds or until marshmallows have melted.
Step 3:
Remove from microwave and sprinkle with graham crumbs; let cool slightly before serving.
