Ingredients
- 1 box (90 g) mango flavoured jelly powder
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) Carnation® Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice water
- 1 mango, diced
Directions
Step 1:
Combine jelly powder and boiling water in medium sized bowl. Mix in evaporated milk and ice water. Add diced mango, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours.
Tip
Use pineapple or orange jelly in place of mango jelly. Do not use fresh pineapple as it will prevent jelly from setting.
