Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 g) broccoli, cut in small florets, cooked
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) chicken stock

Directions

Step 1:

Prepare Carnation® Simple White Sauce as directed.

Step 2:

Stir broccoli, cheddar cheese and chicken stock into hot white sauce.

Step 3:

*Try the Cheddar Broccoli Sauce over Roasted Chicken.

Tip

Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may thicken so just thin out with a bit of chicken stock or evaporated milk when reheating.
