Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon zest
Directions
Step 1:
Prepare Carnation Simple White Sauce as directed.
Step 2:
Stir parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest into hot white sauce. Drizzle over fish.
Step 3:
Try the Parsley Lemon Sauce over Roasted Salmon.
Tips
Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may thicken so just thin out with a bit of evaporated milk when reheating.
Replace the parsley with other fresh herbs such as dill or tarragon.
