Creamy Seafood Noodles

Ingredients
- (200 g) Udon noodles, cooked
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (250 mL) broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (354 mL) Carnation® Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups (500 mL) assorted seafood (scallops, mussels, shrimps, squid rings)
- 5 pieces of simulated crab meat
- 3 fish balls, cut in half
- Garnish:
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions
Step 1:
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Stir fry onion, garlic, broccoli and mushrooms. Stir in Evaporated Milk and cook until heated through. Add seafood, crab meat and fish balls. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
Step 2:
To serve, place hot Udon noodles in serving dish and cover with creamy seafood sauce. Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
