Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 mL) cooked rice
- 2 cups (500 mL) cooked chicken
- 1 bag (400 g) frozen vegetables
- 1 cup (250 mL) cheddar cheese
- 1 recipe Carnation® white sauce, with 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheddar cheese
Directions
Step 1:
Grease an 8” (2 L) square pan. Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
Step 2:
Combine first 5 ingredients and turn into prepared pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve.
