- 1 recipe Carnation® Simple White Sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) roasted garlic paste
Directions
Step 1:
Prepare simple white sauce as directed and stir in roasted garlic paste. Serve with chicken, fish, pork or beef.
Tip
To roast garlic, cut top off a whole head of garlic and drizzle with 1/2 tsp (2 mL) olive oil and salt to taste. Wrap tightly in foil and roast in oven or barbeque at 400°F (220°C) for 20 minutes or until soft. Let cool and squeeze out cloves. Mash with fork.
