Combine first 4 ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat.
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken on both sides until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Pour Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce over chicken before serving.
Suggested Sides: Grilled or roasted mixed vegetables: red and green peppers, zucchini, onions, eggplant, mushrooms.
