|1 tbsp||[15 mL]||green tea powder|
|2 tsp||[10 mL]||gelatin powder|
|2 tbsp||[30 mL]||boiling water|
|1 can||[354 mL]||Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk|
|3½ tbsp||[52 mL]||sugar|

Puree tofu in blender. Add green tea powder and mix well until smooth. Pour into medium bowl.
Combine gelatin and boiling water in small bowl. Stir to dissolve.
Brings milk and sugar almost to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring frequently.
Add a small amount of hot milk mixture to tofu mixture. Stir. Pour in the remaining milk mixture and stir well.
Mix in gelatin, stir well. Pour through a strainer to remove any remaining lumps.
Pour into 5 (½ cups / 125 mL each) ramekins.
Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set.
