: In a well greased 13- by 9-inch (3 L) baking dish, arrange 6 bread slices. Sprinkle over chopped chocolate. Top with remaining slices.

: In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly. Whisk in orange juice, butter, sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour over bread. Let stand 30 minutes.

: Bake in a preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven for 45 minutes, or until puffed and lightly browned. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. Serve with orange sections
