Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

  • Makes: 8-10 servings  
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 ½ cups375mL Robin Hood® Large Flake Oats

1 cup250mL apple grated

¼ cup50mL brown sugar, packed

1 tsp5mL cinnamon

2 cans354mL each Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk

Toppings

Yogurt

Maple syrup

Sliced almonds

Mixed fruit

Directions

  1 Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease an 8” (2L) baking dish.

  2 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.

  3 Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until milk is absorbed and oats are softened.

Tip(s)

Make breakfast fun. Let everyone add their own toppings.


Refrigerate any leftovers and just reheat.
