: Puree tofu in blender. Add green tea powder and mix well until smooth. Pour into medium bowl.

: Combine gelatin and boiling water in small bowl. Stir to dissolve.

: Brings milk and sugar almost to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring frequently.

: Add a small amount of hot milk mixture to tofu mixture. Stir. Pour in the remaining milk mixture and stir well.

: Mix in gelatin, stir well. Pour through a strainer to remove any remaining lumps.

: Pour into 5 (½ cups / 125 mL each) ramekins.

: Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set.
