1 box90 g mango flavoured jelly powder
2/3 cup150 mL boiling water
2/3 cup150 mL Carnation® Evaporated Milk
½ cup125 mL ice water
1 mango, diced
1 : Combine jelly powder and boiling water in medium sized bowl. Mix in evaporated milk and ice water. Add diced mango, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours.
Use pineapple or orange jelly in place of mango jelly. Do not use fresh pineapple as it will prevent jelly from setting.
