2 tbsp30mL Dijon mustard
2 tbsp30mL balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp30mL brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb454g flank steak
Salt and pepper to taste
1 : Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl. Rub all over flank steak. Marinate in refrigerator half an hour or overnight.
2 : Grill steak 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
3 : Pour Creamy Mushroom Garlic Sauce over steak when served.
Cook flank steak on the barbecue, stove top grill pan or oven.
Thinly slice flank steak against the grain for best results.
