: Place chicken in a medium size bowl.

: Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary and lemon zest. Pour over chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to overnight.

: Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

: Place chicken on prepared sheet, sprinkle with salt and bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes.
